Workplace Assessments

Everyone deserves an accessible workplace. An organization who requests a workplace assessment from Accessible Hearing Solutions, can help their employee(s) living with hearing loss reduce barriers at work such as background noise, poor room acoustics, and distance.
What is a Workplace Assessment?
A workplace assessment involves a scheduled one-on-one session with the employee at their site of work. The assessment includes both an interview with staff, management, and an environmental assessment.  Our assessments provide a written report detailing communication areas that are causing barriers and the best ways to improve accessibility. We can also provide follow-up with installations of accessible assistive listening systems to help break down barriers, if needed.
