Counter Hearing Loops

Counter service creates barriers for people living with hearing loss due to plexiglass, masks, and background noise. A counter hearing loop system works as a great solution to reduce these barriers. Remember - accessibility is a human right.

What is a Counter Hearing Loop System?

A counter hearing loop system consists of a microphone staff talk into attached to a hearing loop system that sits on a counter. It allows the audio signal to be picked up by people wearing hearing aids or cochlear implants with telecoils. This helps
to reduce the negative effects on communication of background noise and reverberant rooms. Some systems also come with amplified handsets for people living with hearing loss who do not wear amplification.
