Ideal for one-on-one conversations with elders. This kit features the Pocketalker® 2.0 personal amplifier, which provides superior amplification of sounds closest to the listener while reducing background noise. Lightweight, portable and easy to clean, ideal for multiple-patient use. Ease of use means minimal staff training required. Can be used with or without hearing aids. The Pocketalker® 2.0 has a built in t-coil loop compatibility to be used with hearing aids or loop systems.
Having a communication kit available for patients or customers is essential when you consider the majority of people who have hearing loss do not wear hearing aids. For more information, check out our "Hearing Information" section on our home page.

Included free with each order are three posters shown below (front English/French and back English/Spanish). These posters are meant to create awareness that communication assistance technology is available to borrow and that it is okay to ask for help if needed. Improper signage can be a barrier to accessing hearing help.
It is recommended to put the signs up in an area that can be easily seen. They will raise awareness that solutions are available for people who need help and will act to promote the business as a place that cares about their customers needs and their service experience.
